Amazingly, my thesis is now turned in. It’s been a rough few days getting it finished (especially since the computer went dead), but it’s done! All that’s left for thesis now is a presentation on Wednesday. Woohoo!

Believe it or not, it is 3 days from when my thesis is due and my computer died. Grr.

Almost Done…
My thesis is due this Friday. My thesis presentation is next Wednesday! I can’t believe how quickly the end of school is sneaking up on me! It’s amazing… of course, I have oh so much work to do in the next 2.5 or so weeks!

Better than Google…
… but only because you win prizes!
Google has a new search engine called Blingo, if you use it to do searches you have the chance of winning things like an iPod, movies from blockbuster, and gift certificates from Amazon.
The best part… if you sign up using my user ID, if you win a prize, I win the same prize. Cool, isn’t it?! Of course, you can also win prizes without signing up (but then I wouldn’t get a prize too… boohoo! hehe).

Small Wedding = Small Wedding Party = ?s About How to Include Special Friends
Most wedding planning stuff is on hold until a more appropriate time (like when I’m done with thesis and have some idea about what kind of job I might have – ie how much money I might be making – and things like that)… but one thing I can’t help thinking about is how to include my “special” friends in the wedding. Since we’re planning to have a small wedding I think we’re just going to have a maid of honor and best man… but what about our other close friends? It seems odd to me that we would just completely leave them out.
Since we don’t really know where or what we’re doing, it’s hard at this point to see how other people can be incorporated, but I can see a close friend being recruited for a wedding coordinator type role (you know, to make sure things go smoothly the day of)… but how to include everyone else? I was thinking maybe of getting close friends together the night or day before for a lunch or dinner or something, but I just don’t know. Any ideas?
