Things continue to be hectic in our lives…
- My work finally moved to the new location and we’re trying very hard to settle in. There are so many things to unpack and organize! But we’re getting there…
- My mom and grandpa are coming up for a few days around Christmas. I’m super excited, but with it coming up so quickly there is a lot of baking to be done (they’re each getting a loaf of hoska for christmas in addition to some other little fun stuff). I can’t believe they’ll be here in less than a week!
- Jesse and I turned in an application for an apartment of our very own. We find out on Wednesday if we’re approved. If we’re approved, we plan to start moving in next Saturday (the 23rd). We’re going to do things in stages (kitchen stuff on the 23rd, everything else after Christmas). Assuming all goes well it’ll work out perfectly since my mom and gramps will be able to come check out the place! And, like my work… maybe we’ll be mostly set up by the beginning of the new year! Granted, it’s going to take us some time to buy a couch and other random things we need, but maybe if we work hard we’ll have everything else put away by 2007!
